D’s Air & Heating, Inc. provides professional HVAC services, installations, and home comfort solutions. Because our work is service‑based and performed on‑site, traditional product returns do not apply.
Refunds:
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
• A service was canceled before technician dispatch
• A service was not performed
• A duplicate charge occurred
• A billing error occurred
Deposits for scheduled work are non‑refundable once materials have been ordered or the appointment has been confirmed.
Service Guarantee:
All completed work is covered under our workmanship warranty and applicable manufacturer warranties.
If an issue arises with a completed service, we will return to address the concern in accordance with our warranty terms.
